Camelia Barn is a recent, luxury conversion of a 150 year old barn and offers the benefits of modern day life whilst retaining the charming character of the original barn.

Camelia Barn is situated in the quaint village of Trevarrian, 6 miles from Newquay and 9 miles from Padstow. The barn is less than half a mile from the beautiful Mawgan Porth beach and is also close to Watergate Bay. It is an ideal location for visitors who do not wish to be right in the middle of the main tourist area but still require access to the events, attractions and coastal walks in the area.

The property comprises of Open plan 45ft reception room, with windows on all sides affording stunning coastal views. It is tastefully furnished with leather settees and reproduction furniture and there is Sky TV.

The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and oven/hob/extractor. All utensils are provided.

The property sleeps up to six people and a cot and high chair can be provided on request. Children are welcome and child safety gates will be provided if required.
