Summary

A luxury 2 bedroom apartment of 950sq ft located in a prestigious new development in an excellent postition in Newquay. The apartment will sleep 6 as there is a double sofa bed in the lounge. There is also a single fold up bed. Children are welcome but pets are not permitted. There is a high clair and travel cot.

Location

Bredon Court is a private development situated off of Tower Road. It is ideally located in a quiet location, but just five minutes walk to the new Sainsbury’s supermarket and the main town. There is a direct path from Bredon court through the golf course to Fistral Beach which takes approximately 8 minutes.  Bredon court is therefore located in an excellent position for a family holiday.

Number 9 is located on the raised ground floor and has views of the sea over the course at Newquay Golf Club. It benefits from gas fired central heating and constant hot water.

Accommodation

Entrance Hall - with 2 storage cupboards

Lounge/Diner – a large room with sliding patio doors to West facing balcony. The room is particularly light as, because the apartment is at the end of the block, there are extra side windows in the lounge and kitchen.  The room is furnished with dining table and 6 chairs, a leather double sofa bed and additional easy chairs. There is a glass coffee table 2 standard lights and sunken dimmable spot lights in the ceiling.  We have also installed an LED flat screen television, a home theatre system with surround sound and a Nintendo Wii. There is a selection of CD’s, DVD’s and Wii games.

Balcony - with a table and 6 chairs. We have installed an electric heat lamp. The sun sets directly opposite.

Kitchen - very well fitted and benefits from a range of integrated appliances, such as electric oven, gas hob, extractor hood, microwave oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge and separate freezer.

There is ample workspace and fitted cupboards. We also have an electric mixer, toaster, blender and popcorn maker for the full movie experience! There are sunken spot lights and under cupboard lights.

Bedroom one - with double bed, wardrobe, dressing table and bedside cabinets

En-suite shower room - with fitted shower, vanity unit with wash basin and toilet and a heated towel rail.

Bedroom 2 – with 2 single beds wardrobe, chest of drawers and 2 bedside cabinets.

Main bathroom - vanity unit with wash basin, bath with shower over, heated towel rail.

Golf

The property adjoins Newquay golf club which is an 18-hole course. The setting next to Fistral beach and the Atlantic ocean is spectacular. The club welcomes non members and the fee for a round is £31 although discounts can be arranged for further rounds. The club does not require a handicap certificate but you must be able to play and each player must have their own set of golf clubs.
