Pentire is in the very best part of Newquay, being very quiet yet just a ten minute walk to the centre of town.AccommodationThe flat is very spacious comprising of over 1,000 sq ft with accommodation provided as follows:Entrance hall Lounge – a large room with a bay window and furnished with a three piece suite, a separate wicker chair, 42 inch plasma TV, Freeview box, video recorder, DVD player, Wii Console and a selection of videos, DVDs and Wii Motion Plus games. There are also two coffee tables and standard lamp. There are spectacular views across Fistral beach and out to sea. Kitchen/Diner – a large room which has been very well fitted and benefits from a range of integrated appliances such as an electric oven, halogen hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge and separate freezer. There is ample workspace and fitted cupboards and other appliances including a toaster. There are sunken spotlights and a table and four chairs. The two wicker chairs can be used when the property is occupied by 6 persons. Separate Utility Room – with washer/dryer, clothes airer and storage space for boogie boards and surfboards, etc. Bedroom 1 – with double bed, double wardrobes, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers and spectacular views across Fistral beach and out to sea.
